Privacy
Your data, in plain English.
This notice explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Nomad Digital Technologies Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. We’re registered in England and Wales. You can contact us about anything in this notice using our contact form.
What we collect
When you send us a message, we collect what you choose to give us:
- Your name and email address
- Your company, role and phone number, if you add them
- Your message and the topic you picked
We also record the time you sent it and your IP address, so we can spot and block spam.
What we don’t collect
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t run third party analytics that follow you around the web.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to go further, to talk about working together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We won’t add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Who sees it
Your message goes to our team by email. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf under contracts that require them to keep it secure. They can’t use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
If we don’t end up working together, we delete enquiries after 24 months. If we do, we keep correspondence for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to move it elsewhere. Just get in touch through our contact form and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update it here. It was last updated in 2026.
